Ladies and gentlemen, meet one of the funniest, most passionate, honest speaking, kindest women on the planet; Reinette Jones. I don’t care how bad I feel or how down I am, when I see her smiling face all my cares wash away. I feel like a true friend has come to save the day, or at least the moment.
In my continued streak of meaningful lunches, I dined at Ramsey’s with two of my besties; Reinette and Marie Dale, below. You met Marie in an earlier post. It was the kind of lunch that feeds the soul more than the stomach (but we ate plenty, trust me). When women sit down and talk the way we talked today, you can bet there forms a bond that’ll stick like a glob of peanut butter to the roof of your mouth. I wouldn’t have traded that hour for all the money in the world.
