“In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me lay an invincible summer.” ~ Albert Camus
The Bluegrass dodged an ice bullet today, but by quittin’ time the temps were dropping, ice was forming, and I was chilled. I passed by UK’s power plant, waved hello, mouthed a “thank you” for keeping us warm, and scurried on home to my fluffy slippers and warm layers. I prefer snow over chilled-to-the-bone overcast. Nevertheless, I still adore winter.
