I woke up this morning to learn David Bowie had died. It’s rare to be as original as he was. I was always honored to share a birthday with he and Elvis. I thought they were mighty fine company. Bowie was a big part of my teenage years for a variety of reasons. I would hope that I use all the gifts God has given me as well, and for as long, as Bowie did. Thank you David Jones (Bowie) for your art, but mostly for always being yourself.
