Today, one big piece of inspiration came straight from my home town of West Liberty, KY. His name is Zach May and he was on Jeopardy. He did an incredible job – nearly won it, too. I grew up with his mom and aunts. They’re small town America at it’s finset!
So, it’s only fitting that my two best pals at work should be today’s shot. They inspire me every day. Behind the camera is Crystal, whom you met in an earlier post, and Marie. Marie taught me nearly everything I know about newspapers. She trained me when I started at UK and we have been the best of friends ever since. She’s one of the smartest people I know. There’s a lot about her that inspires me. I’m a dang lucky girl!
