“Love what you do and do what you love. Don’t listen to anyone else who tells you not to do it. You do what you want, what you love. Imagination should be the center of your life.”
~ Ray Bradbury

Wally man helped me ring out the old year and ring in the new. Now, he’ll see me out the door and back to work in the morning after a glorious two-weeks off. In that time I’ve gotten a good amount of work done at home; work I’ve put off for years, literally.  That productivity comes to a close tomorrow, and it will be Wally’s first real test of being alone for nine hours. I’m sure the cats will enjoy their ability to move without fear of being stalked. I suspect it won’t take long before they realize they have a captive. When they do, I hope they don’t treat poor Wally too harshly. All good things must end, but that’s how we learn to appreciate them. I sure appreciate Wally, and Lily and Leo, the warmth and comfort of my home, and my generous time to be in it. As a bonus, Downton Abbey’s fifth season premier will usher in my birthday week. #winning
