I don’t know how I never managed to meet Jerry and Dianne Hammond over all these years, especially since we have a ton of mutual friends. Finally meeting them I chalk up to more of Jerry Fanning’s magic. They’re wonderful people with the biggest hearts imaginable. They’re both incredibly creative folks, too: right up my alley. These photos are just a sample of how awesome their homestead is (you’ll see more in the coming days).
The Hammond’s dog pack alone is something to behold, and there’s just something so joyful about finding the Bassett Hound atop one of Jerry’s tables. I could talk to them for weeks and never get tired of hearing the stories. Meeting them was such a needed light during a dark week. How grateful I am to call them friends.
