Meet Jim Bob Meade (center). Jim Bob is one of the coolest cats you’ll ever meet. Pam sure thought so. She married him. They became known as Jim Bob and Pam Bob. They’re pictured here with another cool cat, uncle of Saturday’s bride, BFF Tracy “Tracy Bob” Hawkins. I’d seen Pam just the week before at Seedtime, so it was a real treat to see her again (we don’t get to hang out nearly as much as we used to). I hadn’t seen Jim Bob in a long time. Naturally, he was a hoot. The man is truly an American original. I sure enjoyed visiting with them all Saturday. These three people have made such a difference in my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for them. And if you ever get to meet Jim Bob, and he likes you, he might just christen you a ‘Bob,’ too.

Oh my gosh, didn’t recognize “the Bob”…..Jim Bob that is! He is still quite the handsome and Pam Bob is still quite the beauty – love the yellow she’s wearing. And Tracy is cool too! Wonder if dad and I could be christened as Shorty and Shirley Bob’s, reckon? What’s the initiation? WOW! love these guys and gal and the picture. I wonder what Jim Bob has told …. from his laughter I’m almost afraid to ask!! lol
