Mark Cornelison was one of my favorite people before the Honor Flight, but after? He ought to be given a gold star and a big, fat raise, and he’s way up on the list of favorite people. He worked his butt off from beginning to end. His work ethic isn’t what makes him awesome though. He is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. He and Mom took to each other like ducks to water. She took comfort in his kindness when we got rerouted after a long, long day, and I was so grateful for that. I’m very lucky to call him friend.
