“The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.” ~ E. E. Cummings

time to play

It used to be that U-haul had independent shops, and if you wanted to rent a truck from them, you went to their shops filled with moving boxes, blankets, dollies. All the things needed to make a scratch-free, broken-free move. There may still be U-haul stores, but more and more other local shops looking to diversify their services have taken on U-haul rentals. Nearby, there’s a train shop – Berkshire Trains – that’s done just that, and when I needed to rent a U-haul, I chose them just so I’d have an excuse to see the trains. I had a thing for model trains in high school, and while I never got to the point of building extravagant models, I fully appreciate those who do. Berkshire didn’t disappoint, and the owner was super nice. I might need to rent another a truck just to go back.
