Minnie Adkins is salt of the Earth and just as sweet as can be. She was at Pickin’ in the Park last weekend. Pam and I had a lovely visit with her, and she insisted we three have a picture taken together. That tickled me. I’ve got two of her roosters, but as soon as my house remodel is finished, I’m getting one of her blue roosters. They’re so Minnie!
