I had the good fortune to share dinner with colleagues. Kathryn Lybarger, my traveling companion to and from, here doing her best Vanna White, is one of the smartest, most compassionate people I’ve ever known. She’s an excellent teacher as well, and she has taught me many things over the years. She’s also hilarious. She has a great costume readied for Scarefest in a few weeks. I don’t want to give it away, so I’ll just say that she’s hilarious for thinking of it and I can’t wait to see it. Great food. Great company. Great friend. She made the long day bearable.
