Did I mention the folks’ new house comes with a piano? I did a little digging, and best I can tell, this model was produced in the very early 1980’s. The Astin-Weight was touted as an upright with a grand piano sound and something about the pin height. Whatever. It sounds good, and since mom plays, it will make the perfect housewarming gift! And bonus, we don’t have to haul it anywhere.
