It was Framer’s Market Sunday in Southland so, off we walked, me and Annie Bassoni, in the rain to hunt and gather. There were a few farmers braving the weather, and even more shoppers than I’d expected. It was totally worth the rain to meet Bob, the stuffed rooster of Elmwood Farm. At least I think that was his name. I’ve walked past Elmwood a dozen times but never noticed that stuffed bird. Cracked. Me. Up.
