As Stacy Yelton and I waited at Red Lobster (which we call Dead Lobster), I whipped out my camera. Always a source of fascination for children in the restaurant, I found when photographing live lobsters adults, too, become fascinated. I feel sorry for them, honestly. The lobsters, not the adults. Stacy and I agreed how we could never look at a live animal before eating it. We’d just have to be vegetarians. But not today.
