I spent my morning around UK Basketball royalty: Kenny Walker and Kyle Macy. The former smelled good enough to eat, and I talked hip replacements with the latter. I would have taken their picture but I was too busy. You’ll be able to hear their oral history interview soon, though. I promise. So, what’s with the Ginkgo tree and UK basketball? Nothing, really. The poor thing had all its leaves Friday after work. That cold snap on Saturday put the hurt on it, and now, we can see all the squirrel nests. Stacy called them penthouse suites. UK Squirrel royalty I guess. That’s the best tie in I can find. It was a pretty awesome Monday. I don’t know that the Ginkgo tree felt the same.
